Orders placed from Monday to Friday are dispatched the following working day once the actual receipt of payment has been confirmed.

METROPOLITAN FRANCE (INCLUDING CORSICA)
– Chronopost: Delivery between 1 and 2 working days from dispatch (delivery on Saturdays).
International
– Chronopost: Between 4 and 8 working days in the European Union, Switzerland and Norway.
– Chronopost: Between 2 and 6 working days for USA, Canada, mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Singapore, Taiwan.
These deadlines are given as an indication. Exceeding these deadlines can in no way be held against SARL AUX ELEGANTS, nor give rise to a termination of the contract or to any compensation for damages.
The risks of transport are the responsibility of the customer from the moment they leave the warehouse. The customer must check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the items delivered and immediately report to "SARL AUX ÉLÉGANTS" any anomaly if necessary. 8. Right of withdrawal:
If an article or several articles are not suitable, the Customer has a period of 10 days from the date of delivery of the goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal of his order. The postmark or the date of the receipt of availability constitutes the start date of this period. The return or cancellation may concern all or part of the order.
